Role: Store Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to manage employee relations, oversee daily store operations and performance. This individual will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, driving sales growth, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to help take our store to the next level in terms of sales and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Management:
- Lead, coach, and manage store employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Maintain HR compliance and support employee relations.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational goals and store improvements to move the business forward.
Operations:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including store presentation, customer service, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase overall productivity.
- Monitor inventory, sales , and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Customer Experience & Sales:
- Support the sales team as needed by stepping in to assist customers, offering product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Oversee and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Jewelry Industry experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a comparable leadership role in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.

Role: Social Media and Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Emily Chelsea Jewelry is looking for someone who’s forward-thinking, creative, and deeply in tune with the ever-changing landscape of social media, consumer behavior, and cultural trends that matter to our audience for our Social Media and Marketing Manager role. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking storyteller who can blend strategy with execution to engage audiences, amplify brand awareness, and drive measurable results.
You should have a proven ability to develop and execute standout marketing strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, X, YouTube (including Shorts), and whatever’s next. In this role, you’ll lead the creation and execution of social campaigns, foster community engagement, and collaborate closely with teams across analytics, insights, merchandising, strategy, and external agencies to constantly evolve and improve our social presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy to increase brand visibility by effective media networking.
- Create and optimize content for all social media platforms and website for seamless customer experience, generating brand awareness and driving sales.
- Own the content calendar—from annual planning to weekly execution—bringing a social-first approach to platform strategy and content evolution in alignment with seasonal campaigns and brand priorities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform ongoing improvements in strategy, content, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns, supporting email marketing and paid advertising efforts to ensure consistent messaging and maximize impact across all channels.
- Partner with the design and creative teams to ensure that all content aligns with brand aesthetics, voice, and storytelling standards, while innovating on new content formats and trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) for a brand, with a portfolio or examples of past content and campaign results
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving platforms
- Strong creative eye for visuals, storytelling, and brand alignment, especially in lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry-related content
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a clear, engaging voice that aligns with brand tone
- Familiarity with social-first video editing and content creation tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Experience using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and guide decisions
- Ability to manage and execute a content calendar across multiple platforms
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments (e.g. marketing, design, customer experience)
- A strategic thinker with a marketing mindset—able to connect daily posts to broader brand goals

Role: CAD/CAM Specialist
Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-driven and creative CAD-CAM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll not only create precise digital models that align with our brand’s aesthetic and production standards but also work directly with clients to guide them through the design process. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with sales, or translating ideas into manufacturable files, you’ll help ensure every piece feels both intentional and personal. This position blends technical skill, customer connection, and an eye for thoughtful design. If you’re passionate about jewelry that tells a story and want to contribute to a values-driven brand, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate 2d drawings and photos into 3D technical CAD models.
- CAD model custom and non-custom designs
- Work directly with clients to close custom CAD jewelry sales.
- Actively engage and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are being met by providing the highest quality design.
- Provide 2d renderings to clients by designing ring in “finished” state.
- Run and maintain all CAM operations by operating 3D printer.
- Assist with customers on both in house sales, pick up/drop offs/repairs and custom design orders.
- Assist with small tasks around the store including but not limited to filling and emptying cases every day, answering phone, corresponding with clients, helping out where needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of CAD design for jewelry in Rhino or Matrix Gold.
- 2+ years of sales or retail experience.
- Relevant knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and CAD tolerances.
- Develop CAD designs that align with style direction, brand aesthetics, and emerging trends.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable within established timelines and cost parameters.
